The Jackson Safety WH20 490P Welding Helmet features a lightweight vulcanized fiber shell designed to keep welders cooler and more comfortable during extended use. Containing 10% recycled fiber content, the helmet offers durability while maintaining a reduced overall weight.

A quick-slide lift front filter holder makes this helmet ideal for welding tasks in tight or confined spaces. Equipped with a fixed Shade 10 lens, the 490P model is best suited for standard welding applications but is not recommended for damp environments or overhead welding. The ratcheting suspension system provides secure and adjustable head support for user comfort.
