Jackson Safety W60 NEXGEN Digital Auto-Darkening Inner Cover Plates are designed as replacement internal lenses for NexGen™ ADF welding helmets. Constructed from durable polycarbonate, these clear inner cover plates help protect the auto-darkening filter while maintaining excellent optical clarity during welding operations.

These inner cover plates are engineered for use with the W60 NEXGEN system, which features advanced digital controls with adjustable shade, sensitivity, and delay settings. The system includes four independent sensors to help reduce the risk of blockage, a versatile 3-in-1 mode for weld, torch, and grind applications, an amber view lens to enhance weld puddle visibility, and a built-in magnifying lens holder for added convenience.
