The MSA Ultravue Chin-Type Gas Mask Facepiece is designed to provide reliable respiratory protection against particulate matter, vapors, and gases when used with compatible replaceable canisters. Constructed from durable Hycar rubber, the lightweight facepiece provides a secure, comfortable fit for demanding industrial applications.
Its compact chin-type design uses a small round canister configuration that allows easier downward head movement while working. Compatible canisters provide protection against hazards including phosphine, ammonia, chlorine, organic vapors, hydrogen fluoride, formaldehyde, acid gases, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide escape, and P100 particulates. NIOSH approved, the facepiece is suitable for welding, utilities, mining, oil and gas, and construction applications. It is not intended for firefighting.
