The DuPont™ Tychem® 6000 Coveralls are constructed from a proprietary barrier film laminated to a Tyvek® substrate, providing a combination of durability, lightweight comfort, and chemical protection. The fabric offers at least 30 minutes of protection against more than 180 challenge chemicals, including chemical warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals.
Designed for demanding environments, these coveralls feature taped seams for enhanced resistance to heavy liquid chemical splashes. The low-visibility gray fabric makes them a suitable choice for law enforcement personnel, emergency medical service technicians, and military applications.
A three-piece hood design and extended zipper provide complete neck coverage and improved fit around a respirator. The storm flap covers the zipper and can be sealed with an adhesive strip to help prevent intrusion through the zipper area.
