The Vestil FL-LK-4E Steel Top Mount Floor Lock is designed to immobilize platform trucks, fixture dollies, or other equipment with casters. A simple foot pedal activates the lock by pressing a large friction face against the floor, and releasing it is just as easy with a kick release rod.

The lock is mounted on a vertical plate, which attaches to carts and other portable products. The spring-loaded pad accommodates uneven floors, while the rugged welded steel construction ensures durability.
