Reusable Heavy Duty Chain Anchor for Wood – 7493A – FallTech

The FallTech 7493A Heavy Duty Chain Anchor is designed for temporary, reusable installation on wood structures, providing a strong and versatile anchorage solution for roofing and construction applications. The system features two 9" × 3" anchoring plates connected by a bendable steel joiner that conforms to flat or sloped surfaces up to a 12/12 pitch. A robust 5/16" Grade 80 welded chain and a 2-1/4" alloy steel D-ring deliver dependable strength and durability. This anchor includes 16D nails for ridge or field installation and 2-1/2" lag screws suitable for use with horizontal lifeline systems. It supports users up to 425 lb under OSHA guidelines.
