The Tecnomagnete MaxX TG150 Thin Gauge Manual Magnetic Lifter is specifically designed for the safe handling of thin sheet metal and pipes. Engineered with a guaranteed 3-times safety factor, this compact magnetic lifter delivers dependable lifting performance while maximizing available crane capacity in tight working environments.
Its specialized polar surface structure concentrates magnetic flux at a closer distance, allowing secure lifting of thinner materials down to 0.31 in thick. Tecnomagnete’s patented Corona Neutra magnetic circuit directs magnetic force only into the load, ensuring constant performance while eliminating magnetic residue and reducing attraction to adjacent materials.
The integrated “smart lever” system helps identify unsafe lifting conditions such as unsuitable materials, incorrect thicknesses, or unbalanced loads by creating strong resistance during activation. Built with mono-block construction and full nickel treatment, the MaxX TG150 offers excellent resistance to corrosion, wear, and mechanical stress.
