The FallTech FT-R® Class 2 Leading Edge Self-Retracting Lifeline is engineered for demanding leading edge applications requiring extended reach and higher user capacity. This SRL is approximately 20% lighter than typical 60-foot Class 2 cable SRLs, helping reduce user fatigue while maintaining robust performance.
It features a 7/32" galvanized steel cable lifeline with a swivel snap hook and an innovative energy absorber design that delivers consistent arrest performance across varying environmental conditions. Fall clearance diagrams and charts are conveniently housed inside the ViewPack® for easy reference.
An improved internal mechanism minimizes unintentional lockups, allowing smoother user movement. Swiveling anchor and leg-end connectors, an integrated carrying handle, and a UV- and scratch-resistant label enhance usability and durability. The unit includes a steel anchorage carabiner with a 3/4" gate opening and is AXIS™ enabled for accurate fall clearance calculations using the AXIS Safety Calculator.
