The FallTech 65020BFZ Flush-Mount Bolt-On Fixed Davit Base is designed for permanent installation at recurring access locations. Its low-profile, flush-mounted design minimizes tripping hazards, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. The 8" × 12" plated steel base plate and 9" deep sleeve with PVC insert provide a secure, long-lasting anchoring point for davit arms and mast extensions. Suitable for installation on existing steel or concrete surfaces, the system requires user-supplied fasteners. When used with compatible davit arms and mast extensions, it meets OSHA 1926.502 and 1910.66 requirements.
