The FallTech 65040CMS Center-Mount Bolt-On Fixed Davit Base provides a permanent anchoring solution for recurrent access locations. Designed for installation onto existing steel or concrete surfaces, the 8" × 12" stainless steel base plate offers long-lasting durability and secure support. The 9" deep sleeve with PVC insert enables reliable attachment of compatible davit arms and mast extensions. This requires user-provided fasteners for installation. When integrated into a complete system, it meets OSHA 1926.502 and 1910.66 regulations.
