The FallTech 8180SR Secondary Rope Positioning Lanyard is designed as a high-performance component for the APEX Pro Adjustable Wood Pole Fall Restrict System. Built to operate smoothly in dry, wet, or icy conditions, this lanyard provides enhanced control and positioning during pole-top work. Its 18 mm Technora kernmantle rope delivers exceptional durability and ergonomic handling, while the proprietary compact snap hook enables quick connection with minimal hand effort.
The Horizontal Rope Adjuster offers effortless and precise adjustment using a thumb-release lever, even when the user is wearing gloves. A neodymium magnetic tail keeper helps manage excess rope and reduces snag risks. Compatible with wood poles from 4" to 30" in diameter, this positioning lanyard supports users up to 425 lb and complies with ANSI, CSA, and ASTM standards.
