The MSA Advantage 3100 Chin-Type Gas Mask Facepiece is designed to provide respiratory protection against particulate matter, vapors, and gases when used with compatible replaceable canisters. This configuration features a silicone facepiece with a rubber head harness for a secure and comfortable fit in demanding industrial environments.
The chin-type design accommodates a compact replaceable canister, allowing easier downward head movement during use. Compatible canisters provide protection against hazards including phosphine, ammonia, chlorine, organic vapors, hydrogen fluoride, formaldehyde, acid gases, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide escape, and P100 particulates. NIOSH approved, the facepiece is suitable for welding and a range of industrial applications. It is not intended for firefighting.
