The FallTech 84108SP3 FT-X EdgeCore Single-Leg SRL-P delivers advanced Class 2 Leading Edge protection using the lightweight EdgeCore™ lifeline made from Kevlar® cables with a UV-resistant composite jacket—reducing weight by 40% compared to traditional 3/16" galvanized cable. Its compact SRD housing keeps the lifeline properly aligned with natural worker movement, improving comfort and productivity in challenging environments.
The internal braking mechanism minimizes nuisance lockups, while the energy absorber cover includes full fall-clearance charts for immediate on-site reference. Designed for below D-ring tie-off up to 5 ft and suitable for leading-edge work on steel or precast concrete, this unit supports workers up to 420 lb including clothing, tools, and equipment.
It is also compatible with the AXIS™ fall-clearance calculator for precise planning and compliance.
