The FallTech 84108SP6 FT-X EdgeCore Single-Leg SRL-P provides advanced Class 2 Leading Edge protection using the lightweight and highly durable EdgeCore™ lifeline, engineered from Kevlar® cables with a UV-resistant composite jacket. This design delivers a 40% weight reduction compared to standard 3/16" galvanized cable, improving worker mobility and reducing fatigue on the job.
A compact housing aligns the SRD with natural body motion for added comfort, while comprehensive fall-clearance charts inside the energy absorber housing make onsite planning quick and reliable. The internal braking mechanism is optimized to reduce unintended lockups during routine movement.
Approved for below D-ring tie-off up to 5 ft and suitable for leading-edge work on steel or precast concrete surfaces, this SRL-P supports workers up to 420 lb including tools. It is also compatible with the AXIS™ fall-clearance calculator for precise jobsite safety validation.
