The FallTech 84008SP1 FT-X EdgeCore Arc Flash Class 2 SRL-P is an 8-foot single-leg leading-edge personal lifeline engineered for high-risk environments involving arc flash and sharp-edge hazards. Built with a 100% Kevlar EdgeCore synthetic lifeline, this SRL is the first to combine full Arc Flash and Class 2 Leading Edge ratings. The compact housing maintains optimal alignment with worker movement, improving comfort and reducing fatigue. The Kevlar/Nomex energy absorber cover includes full fall clearance charts, and the internal mechanism minimizes nuisance lockups for smooth operation. Rated for tie-off up to 5 feet below the D-ring and for users up to 420 lb, this SRL-P is suitable for steel, precast, and other leading-edge surfaces. Complies with ANSI Z359.14-2021 Class 2 SRL-P and meets ASTM F887 arc flash requirements.
