The OZ Lifting Premium Lever Hoist has a 6 T capacity and 15 ft lift and supports both lifting and pulling. Standard overload protection is set at approximately 150% of the rated load. The freewheel feature allows quick chain adjustments when not under load, while double reduction gearing minimizes lifting effort and the 360-degree rotating handle facilitates operation in confined spaces.
The hoist features all-steel construction with an exterior-grade, corrosion-resistant powder coat finish. It includes an enclosed Weston-style brake system with twin pawls, fully enclosed gearing to protect against debris, a fully enclosed lift wheel for smooth operation and a self-cleaning chain, and a sealed roller bearing for smooth, maintenance-free operation. The steel handle has a non-slip rubber grip, while forged alloy steel hooks swivel 360 degrees for attachment.
The hoist also includes heavy-duty cast steel safety latches and a 100% load-tested, zinc-plated chain with a durable, non-oily finish. A stainless steel ID tag provides a unique serial number and test certificate for traceability. Quick disassembly allows for maintenance, and a free spare set of latches is included.
