The FallTech 8242AF Arc Flash Energy Absorbing Lanyard is designed for electrical and high-heat work environments where arc flash protection is essential. The lanyard features Kevlar leg webbing for exceptional heat and flame resistance, paired with a Soft Pack polyester tear-away energy absorber protected by a Nomex cover for enhanced durability and safe deceleration during fall events.
Equipped with steel snap hooks for both dorsal and anchorage connections, the 8242AF provides secure and reliable attachment points. It is ANSI- and OSHA-compliant, supporting users up to 310 pounds.
