The OZ Lifting Premium Chain Hoist has a 5 T capacity and 10 ft lift and is designed for both lifting and pulling. Standard overload protection is set at approximately 150% of the rated load. Double-reduction gearing minimizes lifting effort, while the unique hand wheel design allows smooth chain operation from multiple angles.
The hoist features all-steel construction with a long-lasting exterior-grade, corrosion-resistant powder coat finish. An enclosed Weston-style brake system with twin pawls provides load control, while fully enclosed gearing protects against contamination and debris. A sealed roller bearing supports smooth, maintenance-free operation.
Forged alloy steel hooks swivel 360 degrees for attachment and positioning, while a thrust bearing on the lower hook prevents chain twisting and allows load rotation. The hoist also features heavy-duty cast steel safety latches, a Grade 80 zinc-plated load chain, a stainless steel ID tag with a unique serial number and test certificate, quick disassembly for maintenance, and a free spare set of latches.
