The FallTech 5' Bolt-On Ladder Stanchion Anchor provides overhead anchorage for personal fall arrest applications on fixed ladders extending above the walking-working surface. Its adjustable bracket offers a 5" offset for front D-ring connections or a 12" offset for dorsal D-ring connections. The 5" configuration provides additional clearance for caged ladders, confined spaces, and other areas with limited room.

Constructed from galvanized and powder-coated steel, the anchor features a durable post, bracket, and mounting hardware designed for permanent installation. Included fasteners accommodate a variety of fixed ladders, with mounting options centered on the ladder or offset to either side for improved access at the top. Optional rung reinforcements are available for hollow-rung ladders requiring additional support.

The 5' post can be extended to a 10' overall assembly using the separately sold 6161000 modular extension. Designed for single-user fall arrest applications with an overhead self-retracting lifeline, the anchor meets OSHA 1926.502 and 1910.140 requirements.
