The Caldwell Model CPL Leveling Pipe Lifter is engineered to place and position concrete pipe up to 8 feet in length in a single operation. Its stand-up leveling bail adjusts easily for varying pipe lengths, while the adjustable bail stop makes repetitive lifts simple and consistent. Equipped with a pipe stop for driving pipe into position, the CPL also features a built-in laser target holder that allows the operator to set and laser position simultaneously.
