The Caldwell Model RL Reel Lifter is built for utility contractors who need a safe, efficient solution for lifting, upending, and dispensing reels of wire or cable. Its rugged construction handles heavy-duty use, while the integrated bearing allows for smooth rotation when unrolling cable. With a single crane attachment point for both lifting and upending, the RL saves time and simplifies operations. An optional oblong can be added for large crane hooks, and a special long arm option is available for lifting and upending from the outer flange. The counterweighted bottom arm makes insertion into the reel easy, and a pull lanyard enables quick pivoting of the arm for lifting.
