The FallTech 6501644 Vehicle Hitch-Mount Base provides a portable mounting platform for confined space davit systems ranging from 24" to 44". Designed for installation into a Class 3 vehicle trailer hitch with a 2" receiver, it incorporates a PVC mast sleeve insert and mast securing handscrew for secure and stable setup. The horizontal foot bar includes pivoting feet and a vertical T-bar bracket to enhance footing and support. With fast detent-pin connections and a height adjustment range of 11" to 36", it delivers reliable positioning for entry, rescue, and fall arrest when used as part of a complete davit system.
