The FallTech 8365P EdgeCore™ Dorsal D-Ring Extender is designed to provide improved overhead reach, allowing users to more easily connect SRLs and lanyards. Constructed with FallTech’s high-strength EdgeCore™ synthetic lifeline material, originally engineered for leading-edge protection in Class 2 SRL-P systems, the extender offers a lightweight and durable solution for positioning and connection needs.
This model includes a plated alloy steel dorsal connector for attaching directly to the harness, keeping the primary dorsal D-ring free for other devices. As with all extenders, its use increases the total fall clearance required when paired with an energy-absorbing lanyard. The 8365P complies with ANSI Z359.11-2021 and Z359.3-2019.
