The FallTech 8366LAF Arc Flash Dorsal D-Ring Extender is engineered for environments where electrical arc hazards require insulated components and flame-resistant materials. Built with Kevlar® webbing, this extender provides exceptional heat resistance while maintaining the strength needed for secure fall protection connections. The overmolded, insulated alloy steel D-ring reduces electrical conductivity, supporting safer attachment in energized work zones.
The choke-loop attachment design minimizes conductive surface area at the harness interface. As with all dorsal extenders, use of this device increases the total fall clearance distance when paired with an energy absorbing lanyard. The 8366LAF meets ANSI and OSHA regulatory requirements for arc flash–rated fall protection equipment.
