Constructed from heavy gauge, heat-treated alloy steel with a reinforced bridge and patent-pending key lock design, the anchor remains securely seated in its swivel housing under heavy loads. The included weld-on puck provides a reliable mount for permanent or temporary installations on steel structures.

The kit comes complete with a 3" x 1" mild steel puck, Grade 8 bolt, nut, and internal lock washer, ensuring dependable, job-ready performance for single-user anchoring or integration into temporary horizontal lifeline systems.
