The OZ Lifting Premium Chain Hoist has a 1 T (2,000 lbs) capacity and is designed for lifting and pulling applications. It features standard overload protection set at approximately 150% of the rated load and is available with 10 ft, 15 ft, 20 ft, and 30 ft lift options. Its durable all-steel construction has an exterior-grade, corrosion-resistant powder coat finish.
The hoist features double-reduction gearing to minimize lifting effort and a unique hand wheel design that allows smooth chain operation from multiple angles. Its enclosed Weston-style brake system uses twin pawls for reliable control, while fully enclosed gearing protects against contamination and debris. A sealed roller bearing supports smooth, maintenance-free operation.
Additional features include 360-degree swiveling forged alloy steel hooks, a thrust bearing on the lower hook to prevent chain twisting and allow load rotation, and heavy-duty cast steel safety latches with bolt-and-lock nut connections. The Grade 80 zinc-plated load chain has a durable, non-oily finish. The hoist allows quick disassembly for maintenance and includes a spare set of latches, a stainless steel identification tag, a unique serial number, and a test certificate. Custom rigging is available. The hoist meets CE, ASME B30.16, and AS1418.2 standards.
