The OZ Lifting Premium Chain Hoist has a 1.5 T capacity and 10 ft lift and supports both lifting and pulling. Standard overload protection is set at approximately 150% of the rated load. Double-reduction gearing minimizes lifting effort, while the unique hand wheel design allows smooth chain operation from multiple angles.
The hoist features all-steel construction with an exterior-grade, corrosion-resistant powder coat finish. It includes an enclosed Weston-style brake system with twin pawls, fully enclosed gearing to protect against contamination and debris, and a sealed roller bearing for smooth, maintenance-free operation. Forged alloy steel hooks swivel 360 degrees, while a thrust bearing on the lower hook prevents chain twisting and allows load rotation.
Heavy-duty cast steel safety latches feature a bolt-and-lock nut connection, and the Grade 80 load chain has a zinc-plated, non-oily finish. A stainless steel ID tag includes a unique serial number and test certificate for traceability. Quick disassembly allows for maintenance, and a free spare set of latches is included.
