0.5 T Spark Resistant Chain Hoist - OZ Lifting

The OZ Lifting Spark Resistant Chain Hoist has a 0.5 T capacity and is available with 10 ft, 15 ft, 20 ft, and 30 ft lift options. Designed for hazardous environments, the hoist is suitable for Zones 1 and 2 gas atmospheres and Zones 21 and 22 dust atmospheres. It features a Type EX-F3 spark-resistant design, a Dacromet® finish load chain, and copper-plated hooks, hand wheel, and roller guides for enhanced spark resistance.

Designed for both lifting and pulling, the hoist requires 20%–35% less lifting effort than competitors. Its unique hand wheel design prevents chain jamming and allows smooth operation from various angles, while fully enclosed gearing protects against contamination and debris. A weather-proof load holding brake with a twin pawl system provides secure load handling.

Additional features include stainless steel safety latches and hand chain, a fully machined lift wheel, low headroom design, and roller bearings on all gears and shafts for smooth, maintenance-free operation. Copper riveted ID tags include a unique serial number and test certificate, and a free spare set of latches is included.
