The Lug-All 3-B is an industrial-grade 1-1/2 ton web strap hoist designed for reliable lifting and pulling in utility, construction, and maintenance applications. This model includes hot stick rings, making it well suited for electrical lineman work and use around energized equipment.

The 3-B supports both single-line and double-line lifting configurations for added versatility. In single-line operation, it provides 11 feet of web strap with a 1,500 lb capacity. In double-line operation, it offers 5 feet 6 inches of strap with a 3,000 lb capacity.

All Lug-All web strap hoists are made in the USA and feature a double-flanged drum design to help protect the strap from edge wear and misalignment. For added operator safety, the handle is equipped with stress links that are designed to break under overload conditions, helping protect both the user and the equipment.
